Welcome to my website.  I have been a clinical psychologist in Malta since 2003. I have worked in different countries and settings, including Impeketoni and Nairobi, Kenya; London, U.K., Ventnor, NJ, & Baltimore, MD, U.S.A. I have also studied and read for Masters at the University of London, U.K., Masters and Ph.D. at the University of Loyola, MD, U.S.A.  I did my internships as a doctoral student at a psychiatric hospital, at a family therapy agency and at a center for the homeless, MD, U.S.A. My doctoral dissertation focused on child abuse in Malta.

Locally, I have worked for Cana, Appogg, Corradino Correction Faciltiy, Moviment Era Gdida, as Court-appointed psychologist, on Church annullment cases, and Adoption protocols.  Among services offered, I do individual & family psychotherapy, focusing on children and adult issues.  Topics normally covered include depression, anxiety, relationships, personality disorders, psychosis, &  addictions, amongst others. My theory of choice is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), about which you can read more in the next page.
